I want to let you know how extremely pleased my wife and I are with our replacement windows and to also compliment you on your excellent staff.

It begins wit me attending a trade show and having Mario demonstrate the replacement windows. I was not seriously thinking about purchasing replacement windows until Mario’s excellent presentation He didn’t “high pressure” me but very professionally and competently pointed out the many outstanding attributes of the windows

Then I made a call to your business and was introduced to your wife Cindy. I have never met Cindy personally but I can tell you she is one of the best customer service representatives I have ever run across. She was friendly, knew her business and is an outstanding representative for your business.

Of course your personal visit went well and the contract was consummated.

Mario and his assistant (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) arrived right at the agreed upon time and immediately started working. They didn’t stop until they were finished. They cleaned up and except for my new, attractive windows you would never have known they were at my house.

They were all business yet friendly. Mario demonstrated how to operate the window and they were gone in record time.

You have to be very proud of your operation and employees. I have told everybody I know that if they are ever in the market for window you “are the guy.”
